Before travelling to the conference, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 requirements for France, which Elsevier will be following. The current country guidelines can be found here

We still request that anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or is under any self-quarantine orders does not attend the conference.

Package Registration (1 author/1 under 30yr old)

€841.00 + 20% VAT = €1009.20

Special rate for two delegates from one organisation comprising one author and one early career researcher (under 30 years). Delegate must register at the same time to qualify. To book a package registration please contact Hannah Griffiths

Multiple short paper fee

€100.00 + 20% VAT = €120.00

Spouse catering pass

€50.00 + 20% VAT = €60.00

Conference Dinner

€70.00 + 20% VAT = €84.00

The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status please send this by email to Hannah Griffiths (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

Notice to authors

Multiple short paper submissions will be accepted, however, only one short paper per registration can be presented. If you have more than one short paper accepted, a co-author will need to register and present. Should another presenter not be able to attend there will be an additional fee of €100 for presenting up to two papers in total. Please contact Hannah Griffiths for further information (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

The registration fee includes:

Access to conference sessions for ECT2022 and CST 2022
Conference materials including a programme booklet and access to the online paper system
Welcome drinks reception
Mid-session refreshments and lunch as scheduled in the conference programme.

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online and the listed payment applications. Elsevier accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay. Your registration documents will be available on the registration system for you to download.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 11 July 2022, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 25 July 2022, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 25 July 2022, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
